Hi Sandy, A few years ago when I first started, I gave some of my templates out for free. I soon realized that I need to sell the templates in order pay for the expenses of this website and to justify putting in time to make new designs, especially after my daughter was born. As you can imagine, there was a lot of backlash from my loyal visitors who were used to getting everything for free. If I ever win the lottery, I would love to do this all day and give it way for free.

Hi Rich: I have your Magical Snowman pop-up card template. It is very difficult for me to cut out–especially the boy’s face. I was wondering if this is on any of the cutting machines. I thought I read somewhere that it is from the Cameo Silhouette machine. Please let me know as I’m trying to get ready for Christmas 2013! I’m slow (ha)

Hi Shirley, I use a Silhouette Cameo and an old KNK Element. They both work well. Most of my designs are available in .svg and .studio cutting formats. So you can cut out my cards with a cutting machine!

Hi Hilary! The template for the Snowman pop up card can be purchased in the template store, here: Snowman Pop Up Card Template. Add the template to your card (at the bottom of the page). You can use Paypal or a credit card to purchase the template. Then, the template is immediately available. You can then get the template in your account.

I have enjoyed your site and find the prices very reasonable. Only one small problem, the grill doesn’t seem to cut cleanly. I am using a cricut to cut with SCAL2. It’s not a big problem I just use my xacto knife to finish the corners and such. Keep creating!

Hello and hello, Your Snowman and boy – wonderful design. I watched the video so Congrats on your new baby.

Your prices are great. If you go into a store and buy a Pop-Up card, they are twice what you are charging for your pre-made cards.

Everything about your work is great, patterns, pre-cut, videos and templates. I have not had any problem with this, so I am sorry I do not understand why other people are having trouble.

Keep up the beautiful work…cannot wait to see more.

    Happy thoughts,
    Petrina

Hi and Happy Everything Season! I love the popup card templates and instructions you have but I have problems trying to put some of them together. My fingers are too big or something. This is why the precut stuff is a very good thing too. I love your site and all the beautiful cards you make. They are so inspiring and lots of fun to make. There is nothing like receiving a handmade card from someone and not one of those run of the mill cards mass produced in the stores. Thanks for all you do and the great help.

Hi Sandy! Thanks for supporting my website and I hope you enjoy my future designs. I feel exactly the same way about giving a hand made card. Sometimes you want to do more than just give a gift or store purchased card.

I just came across your website. I love your cards. Can I use this with a Cricut? I do own SCAL but I haven’t done anything like this before. Do you have instructions to go with a Cricut. It’s the Cricut Mini I think so I have to use the internet to make my cricut work. I am crafty just not so much with my new Cricut. Keep up the great work. I will tell others about your website.

Hi Cheryl, unfortunately, Cricut does not allow people to use third party templates on their machines. If you have an old version of SCAL, you may be able to.
