Yes, you can print this on any printer. Then you can use the templates to cut your cardstock. Here are some instructions on using templates: Using Templates.

Hi Yangting! Thank you for visiting my website. I sell templates in different file formats. If you do not have a cutting machine, you will use the .pdf files and cut them out by hand with an X-acto knife. If you have a cutting machine (Silhouette, KNK,etc except for Cricut) then you can use the cutting files to cut the parts out. I also include .studio, .svg and .knk files.
